Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a large cast-iron skillet and place skillet in the oven to heat the oil. Combine cornbread mix, sour cream and egg. Blend well. Add cheddar cheese, pimentos and jalapeo peppers. Mix all ingredients, bearing in mind that batter will become very thick. Remove hot skillet from oven and pour batter into skillet.
