Suggest a better descriptionCook ground beef in skillet until browned. Drain off any grease. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water and lett simmer. Combine first 10 ingredients and mix well. Pour half of the batter in a greased baking pan, cover with meat and cheese, top with remaining batter. Bake at 425 for about 45 minutes.
