This is a my Moms Chicken that is GREAT!!!!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Take the chicken breast and rice them and dry them with a paper towel.
In a bowl mix your eggs (1 egg for each piece of chicken) it is very important that you beat the eggs very well, and your whole milk and stir until it is well mixed.
Take your bread crumbs and place them on a plate, then dip your chicken breast in the mixed eggs and milk then bread. Make sure you cover the entire chicken breast with the bread crumbs.
Note: add more bread crumbs to the plate as needed.
After you bread the chicken place it into a pan and place it in the oven for 25 minutes after you bake it take it and fry it until browned well.
Note: use extra virgin olive oil.
