Easy to make and tastes great
Combine Velveeta and Ro*Tel in a 1-1/2qt microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in chicken and green onions.
Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat. Spoon about 2/3 cup of chicken mixture into half of 1 tortilla; fold in half. Cook for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillians and filling.
