Prepare pie crust by combining butter with flour until pea size crumbles. Add water a little at a time until it forms a nice dough. Roll out and place in pie dish.
Fry and carmelize onions in fry pan.
Fry bacon or whatever meat you choose. Let cool and then crumble or cut into small pieces.
Whip the eggs and milk in a bowl and then mix in onions, meat and cheese. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in oven 75 minutes until quiche is set and crust is golden brown. Let sit about 20 minutes before serving.
