In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain grease. Saute onions and peppers and add to beef.
Preheat oven to 350
Then, In a large baking dish (I use a 12" X 14"), coat with pam and layer the ingredients as follows: 1/2 the ground beef mixture, 1/2 the potatoes, 1 can of beans and as much ketchup as you want so that you have 2 layers of each ingredient and ketchup on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. The thinner you slice your potatoes, the quicker it cooks! Enjoy!
***If you want, you can add a little BBQ sauce instead of some of the Ketchup or BBQ Pork N Beans or even baked beans for quite a different taste all-together.
***Also you can pre-fry the potatoes in a skillet for faster cook time and more tender potatoes but beware of the extra fat content!
