CPK Linguine Bolognese.
HEAT olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
ADD onion, bell pepper & garlic stirring for 1 - 2 minutes.
ADD turkey & italian sausage stirring continuously to break meat into fine pieces for 4 minutes.
STIR in wine, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, oregano & fennel seeds and cook for 5 minutes longer.
STIR in crushed tomatoes and tomato puree, reduce heat to low and simmer gently for about 3 hours, stirring every 15 minutes until mixture has reduced to a thick sauce.
