Italian sausage hoagie
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Shape sausage into a plank to fit bun
Cook in oven at 425 turning to cook both sides
Reduce oven to 350
Slice and open hoagie roll - soak up sausage grease with bun
Alternative: cook sausage in skillet and toast bun in grease
Bottom bun: cheese/onions/more cheese/sausage/more cheese
Top bun: cheese/pepperoni/cheese/banana peppers/any other toppings
Cook on Foil. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven. Spread Mayo/Miracle whip. Stack top on bottom and wrap in foil.
Rest for 5-10 minutes
