Chop artichoke hearts.
Combine hearts and lump crab meat into mixing bowl and add desired spices.
Add Parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
Once combined add to baking dish and top with shredded Parmesan cheese and grated Parmesan.
Bake at 350 until cheese is golden brown.
Dip with sea salt bagels.
