Crab cake style baked appetizer
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place crab meat in a mixing bowl, picking out any stray shell fragments. Add crushed Ritz crackers, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley to the crab meat.
In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth.
Pour egg mixture over the crab meat and crackers - being careful not to breakup large lumps of crab meat.
Mold into golf ball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Drizzle with melted butter and allow to cool.
