In a mixing bowl, whisk together horseradish, mustard, and sour cream until combined. Add crab and 2 tbs of flour and gently fold to combine; season with salt and pepper. If mixture appears too loose, add more Wondra.
Fold in onion mixture and Refrigerate ,covered, for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
Make patties 1/2 inch thick. Dredge each cake in cornmeal and tap off excess. Fry in fry-daddy until brown. Place on paper towel to absord any excess oil.
