Eastern Shore crab cakes
Grate bread.
Mix all ingredients except bread and meat.
Spread crab meat and bread in a 13 x 9 pan.
Pour mixture over crab and bread.
Use your hands to mix and shape into cakes.
Fry, broil, cook or bake. I usually broil them.
Can freeze raw or cooked.
This is my grandmother's recipe and it is way better than the crab cakes you buy out!
