Makes 4 side sized crab cakes.
Whisk everything but crackers and crab together.
Add crumbs and blend well.
Add crab and gently fold in.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Heat oven to 400 deg F.
Greased cookie sheet
Make into 4 even piles
pat down piles gently with your hand
Cook 12 - 14 minutes, until light brown.
