*Wash and cut ends off of the green onions. Cut them in 1/2 lengthwise and then cut them very thinly.
*Put the crab meat in a bowl. Add all of the other ingredients except the egg and mix to combine.
*Add egg and mix again.
*Cover and refrigerate for one hour (or more)
*Heat oil in a frying pan. Make mixture into 2 inch patties and fry them in the pan. Flip when nicely browned.
*Remove when both sides are crispy and put on a piece of paper towel to absorb excess oil.
May need to adjust the amout of crumbs depending on the amount of liquid in the crab meat.
