Crab Casserole Dish
Preheat oven to 400(F) or 200(C). In medium bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, sour cream, sauces, seasonings and breadcrumbs. Gently fold crab meat into mixture. Spoon into individual shells or shallow ramekins. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 25-30 min or until hot and bubbly and golden brown.
