Suggest a better descriptionPosition rack in lower 1/3 oven & preheat to 400 degrees. In medium bowl combine crab, cornflakes, 1/2 of the prosciutto, mayonnaise, scallion, egg, 1 tsp salt & cayenne. Spoon into bell pepper halves. Put remaining prosciutto on top & drizzle with EVOO. Arrange in a 9X13 pan. Pour broth around peppers. Bake until tender (40-45 minutes).
