Mix carrots, celery, mayo, and crab meat together in a mixing bowl.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place salmon skin down on baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste.
Smooth crab mixture evenly over salmon completely.
Optional: sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 20-30 minute depending on how think the filet is.
