Fairly easy and very good
Drain and flake crab. Combine crab, 2 tbs bread crumbs, eggs, mayo, onion, lemon juice, white pepper, 2 tbs butter. Let sit in fridge.
Preheat oven to 375
Remove stems from mushrooms. Scoop out to make a cavity with a spoon. brush with butter.
Fill with mixture. Sprinkle tops with breadcrumbs and butter.
Bake in greased baking dish for 15 minutes.
