For the Vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid; shake well. Drizzle a few tablespoons over each salad, or use as marinade.
Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
Toss with Vinaigrette and serve in martini glass on top of romaine lettuce. Serve Remoulade on the side.
