1.Mix pepper and rosemary in bowl and coat both sides of steak with mixture.
2.Heat oil in pan until hot and add steaks.
3.Cook over med to med-high heat for 5-7 mins.
4. Remove steaks from pan
5. Add brandy to pan and boil on high.
6. Boil on high for about a min while scraping the pan's bottom.
7.Spoon over steaks
