in blender add tomato sauce, water and 2 sliced jalapeno and habanero blend to cream then add to pot.
De-glaze meat browning pan with brandy and add to pot.
Heat on medium low for 1 1/2 hours
add Spices and sugar and remainder of ingredients.
Thicken with corn starch and water.
