Dessert wrap cut into pinwheels
Combine cream cheese, craisins, nuts and confectioners sugar and mix thoroughly. Divide mixture onto 5 tortillas, and spread evenly, taking care to reach the front edges so that they will stay put. Roll each tortilla and then cut crosswise (into pinwheels) about 1/2" thick. Layer into flat-bottomed container, separating layers with waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes: This may stretch to 6 tortillas. Give it a try.
Optional ingredients that come to mind: grated orange peel, cinnamon or cumin, grated chocolate.
It might make sense to thin the mixture with milk, yogurt, or sour cream.
