This can be done in individual ramekins or a 9x13 dish
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare fruit filling: place apples & cranberries into a large bowl. Add brown sugar & cinnamon and toss to coat.
Divide mixture evenly into 10 ramekins or put in 9x13 dish
Prepare the topping: place all of the topping ingredients into a medium bowl (butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon & oats). Using a pastry blender, cut butter into the dry ingredients; this step will take a few minutes, but in the end you should end up with a well blended crumbly topping with pea-sized pieces of butter throughout.
Divide the topping evenly among the ramekins. Place the baking sheet (with the ramekins or 9x13 dish on it) into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly.
