Suggest a better descriptionI just wanted to let you know that I received the cookbook I ordered from one of the messages on the Cookbook Saturday. I ordered the one from the Kathryn F Rhodes Liver Transplant Fund. Peel and slice apples. Spray 9X13 pan with non stick spray. Mix apples and cranberries with sugar. Combine all ingredients except butter and spread on top. Cut up stick of butter on top of this. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more. Nancy Parker who contributed this recipes say its really more like a dessert but her friends at church really enjoy it. Thanks again for the great cookbook and if anyone is interested, I would be glad to e-mail them the address so they could have one of their very own.
