Heat over to 375F. Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in milk, juice, and egg. Mix in flour, powder, salt and soda. Blend well. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes. Makes 11 doz. cookies.
