In food processor pulse jellied cranberry sauce, honey, vodka, ginger, Dijon mustard until just blended.
Ham:
Place ham in large oven-cooking bag; place bag in large roasting pan. Close bag and cut (6) slits to vent. Bake until instant read thermomter inserted into center of ham registers 140F, 1 hour 20 minutes, or about 10 minutes per pound. Remove roasting pan from oven; increasing oven temperature to 350F. Carefully cut open bag. With fork, gently separate slices; brush half of glaze over ham. Bake 10 minutes. Brush ham with remaining glaze and bake until glaze sets, 10 minutes.
