Combine the cranberry and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat, add the rosemary, cover, and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer, discarding solids. Add the lemon juice and the tequila, stirring to combine. Fill a 1 1/4 inch (3.2 cm) square ice mold with mixture. Freeze into cubes until completely solid. Reserve.
Using Hornetos Reposado as tequila substitute.
