My mom picked up this recipe from an Ocean Spray cranberry farm in Mass or RI in the 90s and they’re the BEST cranberry muffins!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time B’s beat after each one. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt then add to sugar mixture with milk. Stir by hand until just moistened. Stir in chopped cranberries (and walnuts). Spoon into 18 2-1/2” muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake 18-20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
