Pour ingredients into a large saucepan and cook on medium heat. Cook and stir for 8 mins or until rolled oats are golden. Move from heat and set aside to cool.
Add cranberries. Using a saucepan, cook butter and honey on high heat. When mixture boils, bring heat down to low and let simmer for 7 mins or so.
Add honey and butter to the golden oats and stir well.
Cover a tray with baking paper, letting a bit of the baking paper overhang on the sides. Pour ingredients into the tray, creating a square shape.
Wrap the baking paper around the muslei and wrap like a present.
Squash the muslei present with your hands allowing ingredients to come together and form a good solid structure.
Let sit and cut into shapes to serve.
When roasting the rolled oats and ingredients, watch they don't burn. Use more or less honey and butter depending on taste.
