1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients, then cut in margarine/ butter. Stir in zest, OJ, and egg just until combined. Fold in cranberries.
2) Grease and flour loaf pan. Bake 8'' loaf 55-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Bake 9'' loaf 40-50 minutes.
3) Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
