Try this Cranberry Orange Relish recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better descriptionPuree the orange with 1/2 the peel in a blender or food processor with a little of the water until coarsely ground (pick out any big pieces of peel). Pick over the cranberries and remove any stems or spoiled berries; rinse and drain.
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes on low temperature until the berries pop.
Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Best made a day or two ahead so it can thicken and turn into more of a relish.
