Suggest a better descriptionZest both of the oranges completely, then peel and section the orange. Place the orange pieces into a food processor and puree. In a small pot, combine the orange puree, orange zest, and sugar, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries, increase heat to medium, and cook until the cranberries pop and the sauce gets the proper consistency (about five minutes). Remove from heat and add the Grand Marnier. Serve hot or cold.
