DELIGHTFUL SCONES
Mix the dry ingredients together. Cut in the butter using two knives. or pastry cutter. Add milk and beaten eggs. Dough will be thick. Drop large . tall dollops of dough(scones will spread when baking) onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven. bake for 15-17 minutes
Do not melt butter it will make your batter to running. Especially if you are using gluten-free flour blend.
