Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350°. Melt together water and butter. Then add orange juice and 2 beaten eggs to the wet ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and walnuts and place in pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Test the middle of the bread to see if it is gooey. The crust often browns before the center is cooked.
