Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. In food processor, pulse flour, ginger, salt, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined. Add butter and pulse until mixture forms clumps. Transfer to bowl and toss with oats and almonds; refidgerate until ready to use.
Meanwhile in bowl toss cranberries, pears, orange zest, and juice. Add cornstarch and remaining sugar and toss. Transfer the cranberry mix to 10 in shallow fluted baking dish and top with crumb mixture.
Place crumble on foil lined baking sheet and bake until bubbling, 50 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
