Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.Whisk with a fork to mix.
3. Add eggs and butter. Mix on medium with until a loose dough forms, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in cranberries, nuts, zest, and anise seeds. Mix until incorporated, about 15 seconds.
5. Transfer dough to baking sheet.
6. Spray hands with cooking spray. Form dough into a long, flat log; about 14 x 4 inches.
7. Bake until outside of log is firm and browned, about 25 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
9. Slice loaf in 1/4 inch thick slices.
10. Arrange slices on 2 baking sheets. Return to oven and bake until lightly toasted, 12 minutes.
11. Let cool.
