Preheat oven to 350° F and place rack in center. Grease loaf pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking power, baking soda, salt, and spices.
In a separate bowl, combine ghee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, pumpkin, and orange juice. Mix well using hand mixer on low/medium speed.
Add to flour and mix well, scraping the sides often.
Fold in cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
Pour into prepared bread pan.
Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool 10 minutes.
