Prepare Jello according to package directions. Stir in cranberry sauce and pineapple. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese into whipped topping. Fold in orange rind or sprinkle atop after dish is prepared. Spread whipped topping mix on top of the jello. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
