Wash cranberries and drain
In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, orange juice and water, bring to a boil
Add Cranberries and cover with a strainer type lid (they will explode as they cook)
Cook and stir until softened.
Remove from heat, add Gran Marnier and let sit until cool.
