Fresh cranberries made into sauce with orange juice and zest.
1. Put cranberries, sugar, and water in pan and boil.
2. Add juice of 1/2 orange and zest of 1/2 of orange.
3. Boil for 5 minutes.
Best if made the day before. Allows flavors to blend.
