Combine honey and water in large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Add cranberries, bring to a boil then lower heat to simmer.
Add apples, walnuts, liquor, orange & lemon juices, and spices.
Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and let cool.
Chill before serving.
