Suggest a better description- Cut strips of orange peel with a peeler of the orange and squeeze the fruit juice out.
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan and let boil in low heat for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. (stir occasionally)
- Taste the sauce. The sauce is acidic, add some more sugar.
- Let cool slightly, then remove the strips of orange peel and cinnamon stick.
- Try to fish out the cloves.
- Serve at room temperature.
