Fresh Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Rinse cranberries and place in sauce pan
Add sugar
Add 2 cups of water
Add orange zest of 1 orange
Add juice of one orange
Add 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Add ginger
Bring to a boil over high heat
Reduce to simmer and simmer for 25 minutes
Taste and add salt and sugar to taste
Continue to simmer until desired consistency is reached
Cool
