Healthy salad
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds until toasted. Cool. In a large bowl, combine spinach, almonds cranberries. Medium bowl, whisk together sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, paprika, vinegars and oil. (Use cherry vinegar in place of cider vinegar to make FODMAP friendly), toss with spinach just before serving.
