2 meat balls per person
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line 2 15x10x1-inch pans with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix turkey, stuffing mix, chicken stock and eggs until blended. Shape
into 1 1/2 inch meat balls. Place on trays. Bake about 16 minutes
or until done (160 degrees).
3. While meatballs are baking make sauce. In a large saucepan on
medium heat, bring cranberry sauce and chili sauce to boil, stirring
occasionally.
4. Add meatballs to sauce; Stir to evenly coat.
