This is a refreshing salad for informal dinners. Make the dressing a few hours ahead of time and cool in the refrigerator. Add dressing to salad just before serving and be careful not to use to much.
In a blender combine dressing ingredients and blend until mixed well and smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve the salad.
Cut up salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss until well destributed. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Note: Pears may be substituted for apples and strawberries for crazens.
