Recipe for a great chocolate cake w/out milk or eggs (uses veggie oil and water)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Using ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan, Mix all dry ingredients together first.
Then add wet ingredients to the same pan and mix thoroughly.
DROP pan onto counter to draw all air bubbles to the top for better consistency ( may have to repeat several times)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Use toothpick test to determine when done baking.
Allow to cool.
Frost cake or sprinkle powdered sugar on top, as preferred. Enjoy!!
Good cake for a Vegan, as there are no animal products or by-products.
Dropping the pan and popping the air bubbles with a toothpick kept me very entertained as a child!!
