Super easy, super moist, delicious!
Dump first five dry ingredients into an 8-inch GREASED pan. Mix well with a fork.
Using a tablespoon, make 3 indentations in the dry ingredients. Pour vinegar into one hole, vanilla into another hole and oil into the third hole.
Pour the water over all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with the fork until the mixture is smooth.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 50-45 minutes,
Frost with your favorite white or chocolate icing, if desired.
