Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle nut's in buttered 8 inch square pan. Mix sugar, light corn syrup, butter, & 1/2 of the heavy whipping cream in sauce pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in rest of cream gradually. Continue stirring as mixture thickens & cook to 250ยบ or until a little dropped in cold water forms a hard ball. Remove from heat & pour over nut's in pan. When cold, cut in squares. Make's about 5 dozen.
