Grease an 8x8 glass baking dish. Roll out crescent rolls, pinching seams to seal. Cut in half. Place half in the bottom of the dish.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture on top of crescent rolls in dish.
Spread can of pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining 1/2 can of crescent rolls.
Melt butter and pour over top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
